To join our league of extraordinary marketers, you’ll need:

  • 5+ years in senior marketing management roles, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business and/or relevant technical speciality experience.
  • Experience in team leadership within tourism type businesses or a similar sector.
  • Strong marketing experience, including measurement of performance, meeting targets, KPIs, deadlines, budgets and the P and L
  • Experience working in technology-enabled businesses where there is a focus on digital marketing and customer experience strategies.
  • Experience in leading effective people and teamS
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, growth and innovation in a complex industry environment.

  • The role can be 100% based in Wanaka, most people are because its a good vibe, but there is the option of hybrid especially if you live in Queenstown or Cromwell areas.
  • Salary range 100-120k as a guide- more or less depending on experience!
