The role: As our SEO Specialist, you’ll be the guardian of our SEO, to lead on organic search engine activity and website optimisation. You will be responsible for creating and implementing our SEO strategy across our channels and regularly review SEO performance. While SEO is your specialty you will have a strong understanding of Google AdWords, and understand how other areas of marketing such as social media, EDM and website management interact with SEO.

In this role, you’ll embark on impactful tasks, including:
- Optimising websites- conducting thorough keyword research and analysis, identifying new SEO opportunities to increase traffic, and adhering to best practices for on and off page SEO
- Monitor and analyse performance across multiple channels, including traffic and ranking metrics
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure that website content is optimised for SEO and user experience.
- Collaborating with our product team on the implementation of SEO techniques and improvements.
- Working with a range of tools including SEMRush and Google Analytics
To join our league of extraordinary marketers, you’ll need:
- 2+years of experience in SEO- on and off page SEO
- A passion for SEO and the business results it can drive.
- To be solutions focused and outcome oriented.
- Strong organisational skills with proven experience driving successful campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills and a solid understanding of business acumen.
