We’re looking for a confident, people focused Senior Client Service Manager to join this award winning digital agency.

With 3-5 years of experience previous marketing experience, ideally in digital or media, you will be responsible for :

-Relationship management of much loved clients.

-Delivery of digital projects and digital campaigns. (via managing the workflow, not the hands on doing)

-Growth. You will love working with clients and assisting them to grow and develop.

You’ll work alongside the Digital team on some fantastic & exciting enterprise level clients, to help them reach their business goals through strategic digital performance activities & advertising.

In this role, your accountabilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day across a mix of existing and new clients.
• Project managing our internal teams to ensure a seamless & on-time delivery of work.
• Supporting the team on client strategy & planning, and ensuring we deliver to it.
• Fostering excellent relationships with your clients and internally.

What’s needed to succeed?

• An ability to build strong, trust-based relationships.
• Strong project management skills or experience – you get energy from getting things done!
• Understanding of digital channels and the advertising industry in general.
• A willingness to challenge, negotiate, and wrangle your colleagues and clients, always striving to do the best thing possible.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• An eagerness to learn! The digital space is constantly changing, so we’re looking for someone eager to keep up with it!

Salary: 75-85k+. It all depends on your experience.
