We’re on the lookout for an accomplished Search Specialist to lead a team of enterprise level Paid search campaigns, manage and enhance overall paid media strategy PLUS generally add to the fun work environment.

The Job
Lead a series of enterprise level search clients, but develop the overall search division with view to grow and enhance the existing offering.  You will have a strategic brain, understand the digital landscape, and be at the forefront of search trends.  You will totally understand how paid search works with all other digital media channels, and be collaborative with the SEO, Media and Digital teams.

On a day to day level this will involve:, 
• Create and review clients Search strategy – Adwords – and how that works together with the Digital Media teams.
• Liaising with the team and building relationships across the wider agency, and partners
• Pro-actively making recommendations and developing strategy
• Communicating with clients is the largest part of the role, as well as growing and developing the offering.

What you require

As a leadership role, more than anything you will require the right attitude, an eagerness to deliver best in class and a real interest in digital marketing, specifically paid search.  

Your experience should include:
• 5+ Years SEM/Paid search experience (Large spend client experience is essential)
• 5+ Years working in a client facing role
• 2+ Years working with a digital, media, marketing agency- in a leadership role
• High level working knowledge of Google Analytics
• High level excel skills
• Great communication skills
• Passion for digital

Salary 130k+
