We’re looking for a confident, experience, people focused Head of Client Services to join this award winning digital agency. The role is a 12 month contract based in central Auckland, with WFH 1-2 days a week.

With previous digital marketing and client services experience, you will be responsible for :

• Leading a small team of outstanding client services managers
• Relationship management of much loved clients, with the bonus of managing 1 or 2 yourself!
• Delivery of digital projects and digital campaigns. (via managing the workflow, people and operations)
• Growth. You will love working with clients and assisting them to grow and develop.

To be successful in this role you will be kind, honest relationship builder. This agency takes their client servicing very seriously and hold themselves to high standards- which drives their success. This relationship building will not only be important in your team but with the clients.

What’s needed to succeed?

• Experience with managing small teams, especially in the digital space.
• An ability to build strong, trust-based relationships.
• Strong project management skills or experience – you get energy from getting things done!
• Understanding of digital channels and the advertising industry in general.
• A willingness to challenge, negotiate with your colleagues and clients, always striving to do the best thing possible.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• An eagerness to learn! The digital space is constantly changing, so we’re looking for someone eager to keep up with it!

Salary: 100-130k+. It all depends on your experience.
