The brand is growing globally and we are looking for a talented Ecommerce Manager to join the team.  You will be looking after 6 global Shopify stores with an increased product range – as well as managing a wonderful team of 5 including UX/UI and Developers.

The role is for someone who is a strategic thinker when it comes to shopper behaviour and customer journeys. You will be a great stakeholder manager – leading this important part of the business you will be involved in many teams internally and some externally.   The role is data driven and works closely with the digital team.

 A varied role where no 2 days are the same. You are a deep thinker, love data and actioning things as they happen.

With your in depth experience in website best practice you will lead the changes happening on the websites, and you will be well versed in doing this minimal impact on performance.

A typical day will be managing in-house UX/UI specialist and freelance developers to keep website performance optimal, uncovering optimisation opportunities, devising ways to improve the shopping experience, executing your projects and initiatives and other general maintenance.

You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team, who collaborate on projects, to solve problems and realise the largest opportunities in the business.

You will also work closely with the creative team (copywriter, Lead Designer, Graphic Designer & Brand Manager), to build the best website experience possible. 

Skills you must have:

  • 5+ years experience in Ecommerce, having managed multiple stores at the same time. Experience on Shopify is preferred but experience on other major Ecommerce platforms will be considered
  • Experience leading time sensitive projects and managing people.
  • In depth understanding of UX and UI principles and how they impact the shopping experience
  • Highly skilled in data analysis and reporting – you’re comfortable in spreadsheets, extracting, cleaning and transforming to develop insights, Google Analytics experience is preferred. 
  • A strategic outlook with a growth mindset, optimism, confidence, and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills online and in person.
