We’re looking for a true people person! A confident, experienced, commercially minded Business Director to join this award winning digital agency.
The Business Director role is to build and sustain high quality, value based relationships with our wonderful clients. It is also to work closely with all internal agency stakeholders to assist (and encourage) in delivering growth and a strong team environment.
To be successful in this role you will be a kind, honest, confident relationship builder. This agency takes their client servicing and performance outcomes seriously and holds themselves to high standards- which drives their success. This relationship building will not only be important in your team but with the clients.
With previous senior client leadership experience + a strong commercial ‘know how’ in the digital space you will:
1. Lead Client Strategy. Understand the clients business models to generate complete engagement in their digital marketing strategy.
2. Growth. Be responsible to build and deliver on growth plans with clients. Working with the delivery team to find new opportunities, areas for improvement and anywhere to add value to the client.
3. Relationship builder- and loves that part of the job! The BD will build strong relationships with senior members of the client teams- CMO and above – to ensure this agencies maximise their support. You will also be a strong team builder, someone who really gels the internal team together.
What’s needed to succeed?
- Experience with managing commercials of a client portfolio or team within the digital agency environment.
- Strong internal and external relationship building skills, to build long term relationships based on trust.
- Strong understanding of digital channels and the advertising industry in general.
- A willingness to challenge and negotiate with your colleagues and clients, always striving to do the best thing possible.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- An eagerness to learn and to inspire others.
Its an ideal role for a digital native, but someone who has stepped into the client management and commercial side of the digital space. The opportunity is huge as this agency is only growing. The clients are enterprise sized across a range of industries.

Salary 130-150k
